Yes. We deliver throughout the United Kingdom using trusted delivery partners including DPD and Royal Mail.

Yes. Customers may collect their orders directly from our London store free of charge.

Delivery times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving the order, subject to our Returns Policy.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be eligible for return unless faulty.
